This tourbillon was added to a Rolex Milgauss model thanks to the wishes of an anonymous client of Label Noir. The movement was not replaced, but rather the tricky component assembly was.Rolex Milgauss watches cost around ,000 on average, though prices range from around ,000 to ,000 depending on the exact model. Rolex introduced the Milgauss in 1954-55 as the scientist's watch, able to resist magnetic fields up to 1,000 gauss (mil- from the French mille, or thousand). Soon, it'd become known for being worn by scientists at Rolex's Geneva neighbor, CERN.
The Milgauss received only one major update during the 20th century – in the 1960s, when Rolex introduced the reference 1019. The new watch presented quite a few modifications, the most obvious being a smooth bezel, new hands and new indexes, and a straight seconds hands ending in a red tip to echo the red “Milgauss” line of text.
The first Rolex Tourbillon in watchmaking history is designed by request of an anonymous client of Label Noir. It is the Rolex Milgauss in stainless steel, which has been blackened by the use of ADLC coating.

That pretty much leaves something from the dressier end of the spectrum.
A customer who wishes to remain anonymous approached Label Noir with this request, and unless the historical information has never before been revealed, it's unlikely Rolex has ever produced a Tourbillon watch in its history.
