Just bought a turtle from creation. Communication was great, shipping was fast. Ordered sunday, arrived in chicago wedsnesday. I realize they aren't and ad and I'm okay with that. watch looks great as well. Creation watches have been EXTREMELY unhelpful. I have sent over 10 emails in the past month and they are still refusing to give me a refund. I have been told to complete a "damage report form" which doesn't exist. The Royal Mail said that only senders can complete a claim and international parcels are not eligible anyway. I have had a horrible experience with purchasing a Seiko SKX009J from Creation watches, and wanted to warn Seiko enthusiasts out there of my experience. Prices are tempting (i paid 206 pounds sterling for an SKX009J on oyster bracelet)- but they sent a second-hand watch with multiple deep scratches to the case - and said i should keep the watch .
