Prada. Hello! I know this is a purse sub, but I thought this group would have a good answer to my concerns. I bought a purse and loafers from the Prada outlet at Cabazon right before the pandemic. This sub is flooded with legit check requests ranging from very obvious fakes to one in a million finds. I got a promotion and a hefty raise at work, and finally want to treat myself. I’m a first time bag buyer, and my current daily driver is the Uniqlo crescent bag lol. I’ve liked the look of the Prada Re-Edition 2005 in Saffiano leather (not the nylon one) for a long time. Yes, any bags under 1K 👀. I feel like most of their items are made specifically for the outlet. It isn't like Gucci where the items are 100% direct from flagship stores (past season). I've gone into a Prada outlet several times and it certainly didn't really catch my eye. Some items I've never seen before were there.
I’ve bought a Prada double bag back in 2018, and it’s certainly not worth it’s 2022 boutique prices! There are loads of options on Vestiaire or Rebag that are in mint condition 😁

My favourite from Prada is Luna Rossa Carbon. It starts out citrusy which I don't really care for, but it dries down to that sexy metallic ambroxan. Unlike many other modern designers, this isn't balls-to-the-wall ambroxan, so it doesn't feel scratchy, irritating or distasteful.
I think the main lure of prada is that it has been a very innovative brand ever since miuccia took the lead. She is also a fantastic designer, Prada has been just as famous for shoes as for handbags, and to a certain extent clothes as well!
