Feb 1, 2017. 25. 22. Feb 14, 2017. #1. So, after two weeks wearing the Grand Bleu GM the canvas cracked on the spot where the lid creases when the bag is worn on shoulder. Contacted Goyard and want everybody to know what kind of quality you´re buying into. This is a 2800 euro bag and is like new.

The print will show wear overtime, it can fade and lose some of its dots, especially in areas were there is a lot of rubbing. I personally do not mind it too much, it adds character and gives the bag a historical look (like the old trunks). Every goyard item that I have come across has a code (not really a serial number but indication of the atelier and year/month of batch). Just that the location of the code for some batches are really elusive. Based on photos per se, I think it's authentic and it's hand painted. Should be around 2015. The dust bag is just too small/short for the handles of the tote bags. I think the 233 comes with a box, when the SA showed me the bag, she took it out from a box. The two wallets we bought came in a nice little green box.
This bag was sent to me with the dust bag, the receipt (buyer info cut out) and Goyard leaflet. The only reason I am questioning is because the code looks larger than the one in my bag, but this could just be that mine is brand new/2019.
While almost every Goyard piece will have a serial number, some are easy to find while others are more discreet. On older St. Louis totes, you can find it on the interior of the included pouch.
