Try removing the watch at night and letting dial face up while you sleep. Typically watches gain with dial up and lose time on wrist and crown down. When tested, I believe it is +-2 across all positions. So if you lose 4 in 24hr on wrist and gain +2 dial up, it is within spec. Posts: 761.
